Frank Perry's cult western comedy RANCHO DELUXE (1975), starring Jeff Bridges, will make its worldwide Blu-ray debut this July via Fun City Editions.

The film has been restored in 2K from its interpositive. The Blu-ray will be available for pre-order July 1 from Vinegar Syndrome. The full list of special features will be revealed then. These extras will include four restored scenes from the film's rarely seen TV version; these scenes do not appear in the theatrical version of the film.

RANCHO DELUXE was directed by Frank Perry (THE SWIMMER) and written by famed novelist Tom McGuane (92 IN THE SHADE). It stars Jeff Bridges and Sam Waterston as a pair of laidback Montana cattle rustlers, who repeatedly steal from ranch owner Clifton James and his wife Elizabeth Ashley. This leads James to hire a legendary stock detective played by Slim Pickens to put a stop to the thieves. The rest of the all-star cast includes: Harry Dean Stanton, Joe Spinell, Richard Bright, Patti D'Arbanville, Maggie Wellman and Charlene Dallas. The film was lensed by veteran cinematographer William A. Fraker (ROSEMARY'S BABY) and its original songs and score were written and performed by Jimmy Buffett, who also appears in concert in the film. The film was produced by the highly prolific Elliott Kastner (THE LONG GOODBYE).

The new slipcover artwork was created exclusively for this release by We Buy Your Kids. Featured in the TV version scene are Bridges, Waterston, D'Arbanville and Wellman.
